WHAT IS RESET: Its function is to unlock the printer so that it no longer requests a chip in the toners, that is, it will be possible to always reuse the same toner, making refills, or using compatible toner.

ATTENTION: In order to generate the Reset file, we will need the original chip to be in the toner cartridge and the following data from the printer:

- Serial number;
- Firmware version;
- Toner CRUM;

If necessary, a tool can be used to extract this data from the printer, either by the client or by REMOTE ACCESS.
